When sharing recipes publicly, you represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Our application and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. This does not apply to your own recipes and content that you create within the application.

Subscription and Payment Terms

If you subscribe to premium features:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws

Data Export and Portability

You have the right to export your data from RollJourney at any time. We provide tools within the application to download your data in common formats.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Service Availability

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to sharing copyrighted content without permission or engaging in abusive behavior. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts with jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution
